Designed to address the mounting pressure of GP appointment requests in London and other metropolitan regions of the UK, the Virtually platform was specifically developed to enhance efficiency amidst the overwhelming demand, which was significantly amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recognizing the necessity for improvement, it became evident that the platform required enhancements in user appeal and usability for both practitioners and the general public. The objective was to optimize the platform's functionality, making it more accessible and intuitive for users, while ensuring it catered to the specific needs of healthcare professionals.
